Have you completed a Masters course in Urban Planning (or similar) and gained over 12 months professional planning experience? Or perhaps you have taken an alternative route of development and are soon to be submitting your RTPI APC and are seeking something new?

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.

  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.

  • Preparing planning applications and documents.

  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Town Planner with a Masters in Urban Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.

  • At least 12 months experience in a town planning role.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
