We are working with a large dynamic and multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy. They are currently looking for an Administrator to join their vibrant and progressive team. This is an entry level role which would be ideal for graduates.

The role will involve basic administrative support to the team and office, carrying out a variety of administrative and secretarial tasks to help support the operations and functions of the professional office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Basic secretarial duties as directed by the admin and office manager

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, emails messages promptly.

  • Ensure correct documentation template are used ensuring practice documentation is consistent

  • Copying and collating as necessary to ensure the efficient running of the team

  • Assisting with the admin team including electronic issuing HSE forms

  • To be able to learn and produce basic PowerPoint presentations

  • Managing priorities in conjunction with office manager and admin team, undertake the most efficient tasks.

  • Ensure specifications are check to meet the highest level of accuracy and quality

  • Maintain records including timesheets

  • Attend the office for in person training, learning new tasks.

  • Assisting with the general upkeep of the office, including keeping the kitchen tidy and organised

Person Specification:

  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.

  • Ability to work with attention to detail.

  • Dynamic and vibrant personality, someone who has a proactive willingness to learn and develop within their career
