About me
A Town Planning and Development specialist
Over the past years, I’ve built strong relationships within the Town Planning and Development sector through assisting clients and supporting candidates to create perfect career matches.
I have worked with a wide spectrum of candidates on a variety of roles, from graduates up to C-Suite appointments, whilst my client base mostly lies within planning consultancies and developers across the UK.
Getting to know my candidates, clients and sector better every day
My passion lies within attending networking events and meeting my connections face to face! (Don’t be surprised if I try and set up a coffee meeting if you’re Manchester-based!) My working style is personable, consultative, and honest - and I believe this comes across throughout my processes.
I find joy in helping my candidates figure out their goals and their “WHY?” by tuning into the finer details and figuring out together what a great role looks like to them, and bringing these aspirations to life by matching them with the clients I feel can offer them what they’re looking for and supporting their process.
I also love helping graduates find their way in the sector - my expertise was recently acknowledged by being asked to host a career planning seminar for the Scottish Young Planning Network up in Glasgow!
Dogs and dinners
If I’m not on a walk with my Dachshund and Springer Spaniel, I’ll be looking at my next trip away or going for food. If you need recommendations for places to eat in Manchester, I’m your girl!
