If you have a broad background in commercial property management, ideally across all sectors and ready for a new challenge, this is a fantastic career move. Previous experience could be gained in either a client side or advisory role. Additional exposure to landlord and tenant negotiations, including new lettings, lease regears and rent review negotiations would be beneficial. Excellent communication and reporting skills are a pre requisite as you will be working as part of a close team to identify new opportunities. across the business including acquisitions, development opportunities and alternative use.

Ideally applicants will be MRICS and a full driving licence is essential. Competent IT skills including PowerPoint and Excel are also essential with a thorough understanding or property management databases.
