About me
I work with all the "things" at Cobalt, striving to making them work as efficiently as possible. This is anything from the database and IT through to marketing, HR and legal and engaging the best professionals internally and externally to make this happen. The world of recruitment is evolving and there are plenty of products out there, but assessing which "thing" is best for Cobalt, my colleagues and our clients and candidates is key to my role. Colleagues rely on me and my team to keep things working, so that they can focus on the important people in our business - candidates and clients. I love that Cobalt and my colleagues are forward-thinking and willing to try new approaches to ensure our business really is the best business delivering recruitment solutions in the real estate sector. The big things are exciting - like a opening a new office or tackling a new specialism - but what really pleases me most are the little things that make everyone's day that bit better.
